Who I am.

I’m Hridhay Mahesh, an award-winning Service and UX designer focused on understanding how people move through complex systems. I use research to find where an experience loses clarity, then translate those insights into services, flows, and interfaces people can use with confidence. My background as a developer helps me design with feasibility in mind and work closely with engineering without losing sight of the person using the product.
